Gyro Kitchen is a family-owned Mediterranean kitchen on W Union Hills Drive in Glendale. We started with one simple idea: share the scratch-made Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food we grew up loving, without shortcuts.
Our gyro is stacked by hand and sliced hot off the vertical spit. Kababs go over the charcoal grill to order. Hummus, lentil soup, stews and sauces are made fresh every morning from family recipes.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch off the Loop 101 or sitting down for dinner with the family, we want every guest to feel at home and nobody to leave hungry.
