Our Journey
At Gyro Kitchen, our journey started with a simple passion: to share the authentic, scratch-made Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes we grew up loving. We wanted to build a welcoming place in Glendale where neighborhood families, busy professionals, and food lovers could experience real, comforting food made without compromise.

We chose our location on W Union Hills Drive because we wanted to be a core part of this community. Every recipe we prepare carries the spirit of traditional Mediterranean hospitality—where guests are treated like family and nobody ever leaves the table hungry
